Easter Break

School will close today for two weeks Easter Break. School will re-open on Monday 20th April.

Easter Fair

Thank you to everyone who attended the Easter Fair last Friday. It was lovely to see such a good turn out. The pupils’ games raised £74.50 for the school fund. Thank you to the Parent’s Group for organising the event.

Easter Egg and Bonnet Competition

An Easter bonnet and decorated egg competition was held in school today. We had an incredible number of really creative entries. Thank you for fantastic response. Winners and participants received Easter eggs.

The Church on the Hill

This Community play took place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at St Thomas’ Church. The year 4 and 5 pupils played an excellent part and the performance was enjoyed by all.

Easter Raffle

The Easter raffle was drawn on Thursday and a winning prize list has been sent or will be brought home today. We raised £78 for school fund. Thank you to everyone who took part.

Water Bottles

Could we please remind all parents that children are only allowed water in school not juice.  Water is more refreshing and rehydrates children better during the day.

Late arrivals in school

There is a number of children who come to school late frequently, this has a detrimental effect on all the class as late arrivals disrupt the class and the lesson.  Could you please ensure that your child arrives in class at the correct time of 8.55am in time for registration.

Boxercise After School Club

After Easter we will be running an after school ‘Boxercise Class’ for Key Stage 2 pupils (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6). The class will start on Tuesday 21st April and run from 3.30-4.30p.m. There are 24 places which will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The cost is £10 for 5 sessions.

Please return the slip below with £10 to secure a place.
